Justin Briner is an American voice actor renowned for voicing English versions of Japanese anime. He is affiliated with the Animation entertainment company, Funimation and has voiced in My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, and even Final Fantasy.
Justin was born Justin Patrick Briner on August 24, 1991, in Baltimore, Maryland, US. He graduated from the University of North Texas where he studied theater acting.
Besides Deku, Justin’s notable works include Seraph of the End, Stars Align, Heavy Object, Garo: The Animation, Trickster, Cibele Fire Force, Black Clover, and Dr. Stone. Other than voice acting, he also has a writer and assistant director credit in the 2011 anime, Rio: Rainbow Gate.
Began Voice Acting When He Was Only Five

Briner Voiced Deku in My Hero Academia
Over the years, Justin Briner’s given his voice to many characters, but arguably his most notable work has been as Izuku Midoriya in My Hero Academia.
