Leland Francis Fraser’s parents, Brendan and Afton Fraser first met at a barbecue party hosted by actor, Winona Ryder on July 4, 1993, and became friends. Soon after, they started dating and got married five years later.
They shared their vows on September 27, 1998, at the Bel Air Hotel in Los Angeles. However, after 10 years of marriage, the pair decided to separate and got divorced in April 2008.
The former couple got joint custody of their kids but their children reside mostly with their mom in Connecticut. Leland and his siblings have a good bond with both of their parents.

His father started his career in the entertainment industry back in the early ’90s and has been active to date. The Mummy trilogy earned him over $25 million and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
When his parents separated, his dad was ordered to pay $50,000 in alimony and $25,000 in child support every month.
